Based on <strong>graduates and employers’ feedbacks</strong>, the certification has been <strong>upgraded from Operational Unit Manager to Operational Unit Director</strong>. This is a clear reflection of the real impact of our training on career progression. A Level 7 RNCP certification is equivalent to a Master’s degree, validating advanced managerial and strategic skills recognized nationally and professionally.
